Yoga and Meditation with Carole Clement

In a supportive and non-competitive environment enjoy a weekly renewal of body, mind and spirit. Carole’s gentle approach to teaching is influenced by Hatha, Prana, Raja and Dru Yoga disciplines.

The benefits of Yoga include: Increased flexibility, improved circulation, digestion, posture and balance. Regular yoga practice can slow the aging process, ease joint and muscle pain, help you sleep better and create more joy and serenity in your life.
